About
PPSV attorneys John D. Kemp and Elisabeth Doyle created DATA as a comprehensive quarterly subscription service aimed at keeping government and private industry competitive and informed of global disability policies as well as legal and marketplace drivers.
In each quarterly issue of DATA, Kemp and Doyle address the current climate and timely topics, including cases directly addressing disability and/or accessibility, such as the recently settled case of National Federation of the Blind v. Target.
DATA also explores global disability policy and the current climate of the legal and business sectors. In addition, DATA uncovers international developments, such as the British case of Latif v. PMI, which raises serious questions about the jurisdiction of accessibility laws and whether American companies will be held to the standards of other countries in which they reach or deliver services to customers. DATA also informs readers to specific industry models, such as Walgreen´s accessible website, which was designed to attract individuals with disabilities. Additional topics include accessible media, and advancements in disability employment.
Few moments in business history have held such promise or opportunity. Download the DATA Overview.
